1. New Media Operations

Job Responsibilities


  1. Content Planning and Creation:

    • Develop new media content strategies (short videos, graphics, etc.) based on brand positioning, plan topic calendars, and ensure content aligns with target audience preferences.

    • Independently write viral copy (headlines, scripts, articles), adept at blending emotional resonance with trending topics (e.g., holiday marketing, leveraging hot events).

    • Create high-quality visual materials (posters, infographics, video edits), proficient in tools like Photoshop/Illustrator/Premiere Pro to enhance content appeal.

  2. Multi-Platform Operations Management:

    • Lead daily operations on mainstream platforms, optimize account tags and content schedules, and boost fan engagement.

  3. Data Monitoring and Strategy Adjustment:

    • Real-time monitor platform data (views, conversion rates, user demographics), adjust publishing strategies, and iterate on underperforming content.


Job Requirements


  1. Education & Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in marketing, journalism, Chinese language, advertising, computer science, etc., preferred.

    • Junior college graduates with 2+ years of relevant experience may have relaxed major restrictions.

    • Familiar with new media operation logic; hands-on experience with official accounts/short video accounts (e.g., WeChat, Douyin, TikTok).

  2. Core Skills:

    • Strong content creation abilities: expert in viral headlines, pain-point copy, and scenario-based writing; capable of scripting short commercial videos and interactive H5 storylines.

    • Proficient in tools like Photoshop/Illustrator and short-video editing software (Jianying/Kuaiying) for videos under 15s.

    • Familiar with platform data backends to diagnose content issues via analytics.

    • Experience in platform operations and private traffic pool building.

  3. Soft Skills:

    • High 执行力 (execution ability) and stress tolerance; innovative thinking and hotspot sensitivity.

    • Cross-departmental collaboration experience preferred.

2. Financial Supervisor

Job Requirements


  1. Bachelor’s degree or above in accounting, financial management, etc.; exceptional candidates may have relaxed education requirements.

  3. Familiar with tax regulations and policies; skilled in tax planning.

  4. Proficient in financial software (e.g., ERP) and office automation tools.

  5. Holding a Junior Accountant or higher professional title is preferred.
